Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that brewing equipment is unused and coffee bags remain sealed for health safety.
Ship Items Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement coffee within 5-7 business days.
